1) The Pacers starters scored 94 of 107 points in there Game 1 victory. Paul George was the top man with 24 points. Indiana’s starting 5 combined for 25 out of 31 free throws while Miami’s starting 5 went a measly 6 of 9 from the charity stripe.
2) Alex Gordon had some night in Kansas City versus the O’s Sunday. Gordon went 4-4, scored 3 runs, hit not 1 but 2 home-runs, 6 RBI’s and 3 runs and even a standing ovation from the Royals crowd.
3) Yes. The Miami Heat lost. Was it because of LeBron James? Not at all. LeBron didn’t play his best game defensively and that was eminent. That said, he stuffed the stat sheet scoring 25 points, grabbing 10 rebounds, dishing out 5 assists and even swiping 3 steals. LeBron has too be more active defensively, the steals didn’t tell the story, and it’s a MUST he and the rest of the Heat get more than 15 total free throws.
